Position

Adam Mycyk is a Partner in Dentons’ Kyiv office. Adam has more than 20 years of experience advising both Ukrainian and international companies, banks, investment banks and a range of other financial institutions and investors on structuring and implementing debt and equity inward investments involving privatizations, mergers and acquisitions or joint ventures and on complex cross-border commercial and financing transactions and transaction on international capital markets. His experience and client base spans financial institutions and services, consumer products, energy, manufacturing, telecommunications and agriculture sectors.
