Daniel counsels domestic and foreign companies on a wide range of employment and labor issues. He regularly provides employment advice on diverse and complex mergers and acquisitions processes. He also advises clients on human resources issues throughout different stages of employment relationships.

Daniel has experience handling large labor litigations and has helped clients in other disputes forums, including extrajudicial conciliations at the Ministry of Labor and private alternative dispute resolution centers. Clients also rely on him for social security matters and guidance on different types of processes at the Social Security Administration, National Insurance Institute, and other government institutions.
