Career

Aracelly is an associate based in Costa Rica who focuses on litigation and arbitration. She has successfully represented national and international clients in complex civil, commercial, bankruptcy, labor litigation, and arbitration matters. She has advised clients in arbitration proceedings held at the Arbitration Center of the Costa Rican-American Chamber of Commerce (AMCHAM), the Costa Rican Chamber of Commerce (CCA), and the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).

Her experience includes undertaking cross-border litigations; performing due diligences on litigation proceedings for companies involved in important M&A transactions; processing cases related to breaches of contracts, distributorship terminations involving foreign companies; enforcing foreign rulings; and processing complex arbitrations, both domestic and international, involving real estate developers and multinational telecom companies.
