Career

Bin Zeng is an associate in our Corporate group in Montréal. Bin advises on general corporate law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, project financing and regulatory compliance.

Bin has been involved in many share and asset purchase transactions, corporate reorganizations and public-private partnership (P3) projects, and has advised clients on establishing and expanding their businesses in Québec while complying with regulatory requirements.

Bin has also advised clients in various types of Canadian and cross-border financing transactions, including aircraft financing, agriculture, structured and syndicated financings. With a focus on aircraft financing, Bin has developed extensive experience with Cape Town matters and the International Registry of Mobile Assets (Aircraft).

In addition to his license to practice law in Québec, Bin has obtained a bachelor’s degree in law at the China University of Political Science and Law and the Chinese legal professional certificate. He has also obtained a master's degree in international business law.

Bin practices law in English, French and Chinese.
