Articled G L Hockfield & Co; qualified 1990; partner Davies Arnold Cooper 1996; lectures regularly both in-house and at professionally organised conferences on a variety of insurance-related issues notably coverage issues/handling fraudulant insurance claims as well as being regularly invited to comment on such topics to the media. Visiting professor to the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centre, Georgia, USA in July 2003
