Position
Karen specialises in professional indemnity, commercial insurance and employment claims. Karen acts for insurers and their assureds across a broad spectrum of professionals with a particular focus upon legal, property and financial professionals. She has substantial experience in advising insurers on policy coverage matters. Karen also has experience of advising on large commercial insurance claims and her work includes appearing before the House of Lords on a preliminary issue on the leading film finance case of HIH Casualty & General Insurance Limited & Ors v The Chase Manhattan Bank & Ors.
