Position
Jimmy specialises in technology, intellectual property, data protection, internet and media law. He has worked for a wide range of organisations including large public companies (such as BT plc), retailers (such as Whittard), technology suppliers and customers and high profile individuals. He has been involved in a wide range of transactions including: working with the corporate department on major acquisitions and disposals of large companies; working with universities regarding their spin out companies; setting up and helping growing technology and media companies; European IT outsourcing transaction for large multinational companies with deal values of approx £100m.
