Position
Jean is experienced in all areas of commercial property law particularly development work, including town and country planning and company linked transactions and has acted for: commercial landlords and tenants; developers; funders and lenders. Jean has specialised in health service property law since 1986 and has had many years of experience in acting on the NHS retained estate dealing with high profile major hospital redevelopments and disposals, for example Highlands, King George, Barking and Claybury. Jean handled the largest disposal of surplus NHS land at Colchester and is now advising the current owner of certain land in that area on the planning and redevelopment of it. Jean has lectured and given seminars to clients on property related matters and participated in conferences on care in the community, landlord and tenant, property disposals and acquisitions.
