Position

Campbell is a partner in the London commercial dispute resolution group with a particular focus on clients in the healthcare, TMT and consumer goods sectors. He has recently advised a number of NHS trusts on substantial commissioning disputes as well as a number of large IT project disputes. Campbell leads the firm’s contentious TMT practice and handles a wide range of libel, IP and IT disputes, acting for both claimants and defendants. Much of this work has an international flavour. Campbell’s practice also includes a broad range of commercial disputes ranging from shareholder disputes to distribution and agency contracts and from warranty claims to petitions under the Companies Act.
