Also works from the Leeds office. Lesley has extensive experience of the full range of commercial property litigation disputes, with particular emphasis on landlord and tenant. Recently she has dealt with complex High Court proceedings for relief from forfeiture of high-profile premises in London involving tenant insolvency and arguments of waiver and acquiescence; obtained freezing orders to prevent dissipation of assets within a claim for mortgage fraud; and provided strategic advice to developer clients in relation to rights to light claims to reflect the changes brought about by recent case law. Lesley is experienced in alternative forms of dispute resolution in addition to court claims. She regularly lectures to clients on her areas of expertise.
