Position

Craig joined the firm in 2001 after training with a high street practice in his home city of Gloucester. Following qualification he specialised in personal injury litigation and has a wealth of experience in dealing with complex road traffic, employers’ liability and public liability claims on behalf of insurers and self-insured organisations. Within the firm’s Claims Solutions Group, Craig is motor operations manager with direct national responsibility for all operational issues within the motor service line, including performance management, budget, recruitment, provision of Ml and training for almost 200 people. Craig also leads a number of motor client relationships, is a member of the Motor Core Management Group and retains overall responsibility for the Manchester motor team. He has considerable managerial experience within the firm, including previous roles as CSG operations manager for Manchester and head of the mutual law management team. His operational expertise has led to his driving through change in respect of working methods, quality control procedures and team and management structures.
