Position

Charlotte advises health sector organisations on a wide range of commercial and contracting issues and is an expert in primary care and integration. She advises on integrated care models and contractual structures for NHS organisations, local authorities and independent providers. She advises extensively in the field of primary care; including advising national and local NHS organisations on major national primary care procurements, commissioning arrangements, policy issues and disputes. She is currently advising on significant and innovative integration projects involving primary care providers, Community and Foundation Trusts. Charlotte advised on the establishment of independent hospitals working closely with clients from conception of ideas to delivery. She has subsequently advised clients on independent hospital acquisitions and the provision of services to the NHS.
