From commencement of the employment relationship in the recruitment/contract negotiation stage, through to day-to-day advice, and finally termination of employment if required. Specialises in bringing and defending claims in tribunals and courts, advising on restrictive covenants, senior executive recruitment and terminations, redundancy and restructuring, and business transfers.
