Position
Thekla is a partner in the real estate dispute resolution team. She has specialised in real estate dispute resolution for over 15 years. Her expertise includes disputes on rights of way, easements, boundaries, party walls, trespass, nuisance, and all aspects of commercial and residential landlord and tenant law and management issues, such as lease renewals, claims for possession, dilapidation, forfeiture and service charges. She has particular expertise in electronic communication code disputes. Thekla originally qualified as a barrister and now holds dual qualification as a barrister (non-practising) and a solicitor. She is an ADR-accredited mediator. Thekla regularly gives seminars to clients and other property professionals, and writes for legal and real estate publications.
