Matthew is a Senior Solicitor at Laura Devine Immigration in London.  He has focused exclusively on UK immigration and nationality law since 2010.

With a broad range of experience, Matthew advises clients on individual and sponsor applications under the points-based system (PBS) as well as providing a variety of immigration and compliance solutions for SMEs through to large multinationals. He also represents high-net-worth clients on Tier 1 (Investor) and Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) applications, including those submitted on a discretionary basis.

Matthew is experienced in settlement and naturalisation applications, assists with family immigration matters and advises on applications for EEA nationals and non-EEA family members. He has been actively involved in appeals to the First-Tier Tribunal on applications for discretionary leave to remain in the UK made under Article 8 ECHR and applications for judicial review.
