Geoffrey has over 30 years’ experience in advising upon, negotiating and project managing a wide range of high profile corporate and commercial transactions for entrepreneurs, private companies and industrial and provident societies, including mergers and acquisitions, disposals, reorganisations, de-mergers, rights issues, placings and equity investments. He also advises directors, managers and in-house counsel on compliance with companies legislation and associated regulation. He has been recognised as a leading corporate lawyer by the ‘Chambers Guide’ to the legal profession.
