Commercial Services: The Commercial team negotiates and structures all types of commercial agreements and help to ensure compliance with commercial contracting, competition law, data protection and intellectual property.

Corporate: Our highly regarded Corporate team specialise in Employee Share Incentive Arrangements, Shareholder Agreements, Partnerships and LLPs, Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Restructuring and Administration, Management Buy-outs / Buy-ins, Banking and Finance.

Dispute Resolution: Our Dispute Resolution team have a breadth of experience but focus particularly on corporate/commercial disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, breach of trust proceedings, professional negligence claims, IP/IT disputes, property disputes, insolvency disputes, breach of confidence and restraint of trade litigation and risk management.

Employment: Our employment team advise on a full spectrum of employment law matters whether relating to an individual employee or a strategic matter affecting an entire workforce. We have a particular expertise in technology businesses, fast growth companies and those operating in the gig economy.

Private Client: Coffin Mew's private client teams advise on family law, wealth management, wills and probate (including disputes), court of protection, personal injury and medical negligence, armed forces, residential conveyancing and new build property.

Property: Our Property practice is a genuine regional heavyweight; we provide the full range of real estate finance, investment, development (including planning, environment and construction), landlord and tenant, dispute resolution (including property and construction litigation) and residential property services.

Restructuring and Insolvency: Coffin Mew have expertise in corporate restructuring and corporate and personal, contentious and non-contentious insolvency matters. Providing advice to the boards of distressed companies, investors, lenders and other creditors as well as insolvency practitioners and other stakeholders.
