Partner and head of employment; whilst handling employment law generally, Judith has a specialist interest in discrimination issues, negotiating executive recruitment contracts and severance packages. Her whole approach is ‘service delivery’-focused and she ensures that this is consistently applied across the whole practice area – all of the time. Judith manages training for clients on all issues concerning human resources and employment.
