Position
Partner in charge of tax planning, wills and probate department. Areas of specialism: inheritance and capital gains tax planning; will drafting and estate and succession planning; administration of estates, in particular offshore probate issues and large complex estates generally; trust creation and administration; contentious inheritance advice to trustees; elderly advice services; financial products, powers of attorney and receivership issues; long-term care and protection of assets.
