Clifford Chance LLP's structured debt practice is at the forefront of market developments and is involved in the most significant transactions. The firm has one of the largest structured finance, securitisation and derivatives practices of any global law firm and is home to recognised leaders in their field. Practice head Kevin Ingram is on the Executive Committee of the Securitisation Division of The Association for Financial Markets in Europe (AFME) and focuses on securitisation, principal finance, asset-backed commercial paper conduits, structured repackagings and secured lending. Stephen Curtis is a leading light for structured debt financings in the infrastructure, utilities and real estate sectors. Jessica Littlewood is a market leader in synthetic securitisation for banks and financial investors.
