Real estate and construction: one of the largest of its kind in the UK, with more than 100 lawyers specialising in all aspects of commercial property, construction and procurement, development (including complex landlord and tenant, acquisition and disposal issues), regeneration, planning, property litigation and estate management.

Energy and natural resources: advice spans all aspects of renewable energy work from inception of a project through to planning, acquisition, financing, construction, regulation, commissioning, grid connection and subsequent operation of plants and facilities.

Social housing: one of the largest of its kind in the UK delivering services across England and Wales. The team acts for over 100 clients comprising RPs, RSLs, ALMOs, local authorities, charities and care organisations.
