Partner and head of corporate services, dealing with a full range of corporate matters including corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions? and private equity. He has been responsible for securing ?corporate and commercial retainer clients and the appointment of Clarion to a number of the major banks’ panels. He has led the team on a number of large corporate transactions, including MBOs, company restructurings and investments; acts for a number of sporting clubs and organisations in corporate finance and contractual matters.
