Position

Highly regarded in the Northern restructuring market, Ben is a partner in the corporate recovery team and advises management teams, accountants, stakeholders, creditors, financial institutions and other lenders across the spectrum of financial distress from reorganisation, restructuring and turnaround assignments to formal insolvency processes. Ben has a particular focus on the asset based lending sector and regularly advises on directors’ duties in the context of doubtful solvency, and acts for insolvency practitioners and corporates on business and asset sales and acquisitions out of insolvency. Recent sector experience includes retail, leisure, environmental, transport and haulage and industrial and provident societies.
