Partner and head of employment at Clarion. Advises on all areas of employment law, with a particular focus on corporate support, complex redundancy matters and senior executive/boardroom issues.
Career
After spending a year at Old Square Chambers as a Legal Assistant, Richard moved to train as a solicitor with Veale Wasbrough in Bristol, qualifying 1998. After periods with Hammonds and Osborne Clarke, he spent just over 6 years at Addleshaw Goddard in Leeds before moving to Clarion as a partner in July 2007.
