Head of corporate recovery, Ryan specialises in corporate administrations and liquidations on behalf of a wide range of insolvency practitioners, as well as acting for a number of asset-based lenders both from an insolvency and turnaround aspect. Also covers personal insolvency and litigation, particularly perusing directors for ante cedent transaction claims.
