Position
David is a partner in the corporate recovery team with 20 years’ experience in the insolvency and corporate recovery sector. He acts for a wide variety of IP’s and on both corporate and personnel assignments. He also acts for a number of asset-based lenders. David has particular expertise acting for administrators and lenders on distressed business sales, as part of a turnaround solution. He also has extensive expertise dealing with complex and high-value insolvency litigation for office holders and creditors.
