Philip is partner in the clinical law team. He specialises in handling inquests, inquiries and medical malpractice claims on behalf of defendants. Philip also heads the firm’s inquest practice and advises on inquests or other inquiries resulting in death or serious injury. He has a special interest in child protection and has advised health and social care clients on many Chapter 8 Serious Case Reviews and has expertise in the resolution of sensitive cases.
