Dispute resolution.
Position
John is a partner and head of the dispute resolution team. He works for a number of Capsticks’ regulatory clients and has comprehensive experience of professional regulatory work. He has assisted regulatory bodies with the reform of their fitness to practise procedures as well as handling hundreds of conduct cases and dealing with many appeals by practitioners to the Privy Council and the High Court. John has acted as legal adviser to committees of regulators and has acted as advocate in many professional regulatory cases both at the interim suspension and public inquiry stages.
