Position
Sam has recently been appointed as a partner in the real estate team. He specialises in a broad range of commercial property work for public and private healthcare clients including NHS organisations, independent hospitals, and national healthcare charities. Sam’s other work includes the acquisition and disposal of development sites, third party developments and the negotiation of high-value commercial leases, property arrangements between different healthcare organisations, options appraisals for polyclinics and major hospital developments and general landlord and tenant law. Notable projects include the major hospital development for St Helier Hospital redevelopment (£230m) and the redevelopment of Broadmoor High Security Hospital for West London Mental Health Trust (£230m).
