Position
Justin is a partner in the commercial department, specialising in commercial, funding and procurement issues for healthcare PFI/PPP clients in the private and public sector. His finance and security expertise has been used at Capsticks on PFI projects, and in bringing NHS LIFT and staff accommodation schemes to financial close. Justin is also involved with work for NHS foundation trusts, applicant trusts, and a wide range of corporate/commercial work for other healthcare clients. Notable projects include: £220m Nottingham Queens Medical Centre ISTC (Nations Healthcare); £80m Burton ISTC (Nations Healthcare) and Southampton Cancer Centre PFI (Southampton University Hospitals NHS Trust).
