 Kyle advises on a wide range of litigation matters including contractual and commercial disputes, professional negligence claims (generally involving property professionals) and debt recovery.

Kyle leads the Real Estate Litigation team at Spratt Endicott and has considerable experience and particular expertise in property related disputes acting for landlords and tenants of commercial and residential property and advising on all aspects of property and real estate litigation including lease renewals (both contested and uncontested) under the provisions of the Landlord & Tenant Act 1954; breach of covenant including forfeiture and dilapidations claims; boundary disputes; disputes involving interference with property rights; adverse possession claims; right of way/easement disputes; disputes concerning rights of light; restrictive covenants; possession claims (including residential and trespasser); and management issues in leasehold property.

Kyle has wide experience in conducting both High Court and county court claims as well as applications to the First Tier Tribunal (Property Chamber) and where appropriate adopts a commercial approach to the resolution of cases by alternative dispute resolution including mediation and adjudication.

He also has experience in advising on all aspects of Construction and Building Disputes including, in particular, those involving issues relating to building defects, defective design and contractual termination.

Kyle is a recommended lawyer in The Legal 500 UK 2015.


Kyle qualified as a solicitor in 2002 at Warwickshire Law firm Needham & James LLP before being promoted to Associate in 2005.  Kyle joined Spratt Endicott in October 2010 and was made an Associate at Spratt Endicott in 2013

Spratt Endicott offers 'very good expertise at competitive rates' in commercial and IP disputes.
