Since 2010, she has been exercising her law practice as a litigation lawyer of the RTA litigation team. She has specialized in insurance and reinsurance matters, civil, labor and commercial litigations and arbitrations.

 

In arbitrations, she has focused on providing defense to Insurance Companies. She has also participated in the adaption process of important Chilean Insurance Companies to the new insurance law that has been in force since 01 December 2013.
Additionally, she is the clerk to the “Centro de Arbitraje y Mediación de Seguros y Reaseguros for Latin America (ARIASLATAM)”.

In academia, she has worked as an assistant teacher in the insurance specialization course at the Law Faculty Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
