Best known for its robust offering in the construction segment, COMAD, S.C. (Corporación Mexicana de Asesores en Derecho) advises clients on construction law - particularly mandates regarding transactions, or contentious issues (including dispute boards) - both in Mexico and elsewhere in Latin America, as well as acting as project counsel.
