Position
Rachel specialises in the defence of all aspects of criminal work including sexual offences, domestic violence and related allegations, the varying degrees of assault, public order offences, drugs matters, murder and manslaughter, and health and safety investigations. She has extensive experience, skill and knowledge in representing those detained in police stations and individuals interviewed under caution by any prosecution or enforcement agency. Rachel has always specialised in all areas of criminal defence work and fraud and has a wealth of experience across the spectrum. She has successfully represented professionals, medical practitioners, TV and radio corporations and companies, celebrities, musicians, high-profile sportsmen, lawyers, bankers and accountants at both the investigation stage, trial process and in the associated matters of restraint and confiscation. She has particular expertise in cases involving medical/forensic issues and has acted in some of the most high-profile cases in the past 20 years. She is skilled and experienced in dealing with media and reputation management.
