Position

Partner with the Corporate Department of the office, He specializes in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, project finance and foreign investment, and also represents clients in negotiating and drafting commercial contracts.

Career

Guilherme has started his career by joining the firm as a trainee lawyer. After graduation, and throughout his legal practice, he has advised clients in different industries, including public concessions, infrastructure and other sectors, in connection with mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity investments, shareholders disputes, as well as corporate and debt restructuring transactions. Guilherme has also represented the firm in the former Washington branch of the firm for two years, and became partner in 2004.
