The firm also acted successfully for Aldea Proyectos (which is carrying out a $300m urban renovation project in Bogot√°) before the Constitutional Court, whose decision confirmed the illegality of denying tax benefits established by previous legislation, particularly where such benefits had been awarded in exchange for relevant investments.
