Testimonials

Tanoira’s team is highly qualified; they have worked with my team at Banco Galicia on a large number of deals during 2022, both DCM and debt, and we have had excellent results.

Alexia Rosenthal as a partner is very present in the transactions, well on top of all the regulatory news in the market and sees how to add value in the structuring of the deals. From the team, Ignacio Criado stands out as a lawyer with a great future and his work is impeccable. We worked with Tanoira on the structuring of negotiable obligations of the general and SME regime and on several loans in the oil & gas sector and we always had great experience.

Strong presence in issues of administrative law, exchange and public debt issuance. Ad hoc teams for obligations.

Distribution of daily regulations update. Webinars before relevant regulatory changes Partners present in the deals (in my case Jaime Uranga).

It is a great team with great capabilities, a deeply rooted culture and exemplary leadership from Alexia Rosenthal.’

Great culture and creativity to find solutions.

Super committed team, one of the most agile and proactive when it comes to analysis of regulatory and exchange changes, two critical aspects in a country like Argentina where everything is constantly changing. A team that not only accompanies transactions but is also at the forefront of digitization/automation and process simplification, being a bridge between issuers, underwriters, and regulators.

Predisposition, ability to generate solutions and responses at the times that the market demands. Alexia Rosental and Rocia Carrica stand out in this group.
