  • Representing a leading international IT company and assisting it to manage a robust immigration program that includes non-immigrant work visas, permanent residency, and consular processing cases for employees and their family members.
  • Represented a large multinational contract logistics company in performing immigration due diligence in a multi-million-dollar acquisition, having advised on implications the merger would have for the then to-be-acquired companies’ foreign national employees, including providing non-immigrant visa, permanent residency and consular processing services for the newly acquired companies’ employees and their family members.
  • Assisted an EB-5 Immigrant Investor and their family by filing a complaint against the Director of USCIS at the U.S. Southern District of Texas on grounds of unreasonable delay in violation of the Administrative Procedure Act and filing respective citizenship applications.
