The practice also serves as national trial counsel for Mitsubishi’s catastrophic injury and wrongful death product liability claims and acted for the client in Blanchard v Mitsubishi, in which the jury found that the roof design on the 1991 Mitsubishi Eclipse was neither defective nor unreasonably dangerous.
