Position

Pablo J. Gayol specialises in international trade and has particular expertise in antidumping investigations, as well as import and export regulations, certificates of origin and non-automatic licenses. He has participated in several investigations, including those on footwear from China, veterinarian vaccines from USA, plywood from Uruguay, ceramic isolators from Colombia, ink from Brazil, X-Ray film from the US, and PET from Korea and Taiwan, . Pablo’s practice also covers derivatives, antitrust, and M&A.

Career

He is a postgraduate professor of Dumping and Trade Restrictions at the Universidad de San Andres and has lectured in antidumping matters at Universidad del CEMA and at several chambers of commerce.

Education

He holds a Master’s in Finance from Universidad del CEMA and a Master’s in Law from the University of Chicago Law School, having graduated as a lawyer cum laudae from the Universidad Católica Argentina. He is a CFA Charterholder.
