Position
Warren is a partner in the Mining, Energy and Natural Resources Practice at Webber Wentzel. He specialises in commercial law, environmental law, formation and structuring of companies, health and safety law, mining and minerals law.
Career
After completing his articles, Warren joined a prominent mining house, where he focused on health, safety and environmental aspects. Warren was actively involved in the Leon Commission of Inquiry, which focused on health and safety in the mining industry and subsequently the Parliamentary Process on the mineral law regime. Warren also holds a Masters degree in company and environmental law. He recently completed a certificate course in Pensions Law at the Mandela Institute at the Wits Law School.
