Position
Partner in the contentious part of the intellectual property department practising in all areas of IP litigation, particularly patents and trade marks. Patent practice covers most fields of technology including biotech, pharma, medical devices, electronics and industrial and domestic machinery. Recent cases include actions for Ommipharm against Merial (patent) and Eli Lilly against 8PM (trade mark).
