Position
Catherine specialises in all aspects of corporate finance, including initial public offerings, secondary issues and public and private takeovers and mergers, acting for corporates, brokers and investment banks. She has been actively involved in the UK capital markets since qualification, with the Alternative Investment Market since its inception in 1995 and, during 2006-07 with the Dubai International Financial Exchange. She is also experienced in structuring cross-border transactions, with particular emphasis on the impact of US securities law and practice on UK companies. Recent work has included advising directors on cross-border restructuring issues, nominated advisers and brokers on capital raisings, and substantial corporates on M&A transactions and cross-border reorganisations.
