Christopher L. Bell’s environmental practice focuses on administrative, criminal, and civil litigation and compliance counseling under all of the major environmental statutes addressing air, chemicals, remediation, water, and waste. His enforcement experience includes conducting internal investigations in both criminal and civil contexts, responding to grand jury investigations, and negotiating consent, probation, and debarment agreements. Chris is also actively involved in regulatory advocacy under the major environmental statutes, ranging from writing comments to representing clients in rulemaking petitions in the courts of appeals.
