It advises multinational corporations on employment-related immigration issues, represents businesses, organizations and individuals on EB-5 matters and is active in the field of M&A, where it recently advised numerous clients on how to structure deals that enable successor companies to continue to employ foreign national workers in compliance with US immigration law.
