Position

Known for his creative approaches to difficult, high-stakes cases, David Long-Daniels, co-chair of the firm's Global Labor & Employment Practice and chair of the Atlanta Labor & Employment Practice, represents clients across the country in complex labor and employment matters and other high-stake cases. David has tried more than 50 jury trials and approximately 20 bench trials and arbitrations.

Kurt Kappes in Sacramento and Atlanta-based David Long-Daniels and Natasha Wilson lead Greenberg Traurig LLP’s team, which handles investigations and disputes arising from trade secrets misappropriation as well as advising clients on preventative strategy. Todd Wozniak in Atlanta assisted Sprayberry Dental Associates with a non-solicitation clause and data theft lawsuit against its former employees. Highlights also included representing Agilysys with a trade secret misappropriation claim against a former salesperson. Richard McCrea in Tampa is also noted, as is Ian Ballon, who splits his time between Silicon Valley and Los Angeles.

At Greenberg Traurig LLP, practice co-chair James Boudreau, who is based in Philadelphia, is representing CVS Pharmacy in a putative class action filed by a group of CVS shift supervisors in Massachusetts, and is defending The Kellogg Company in purported class and collective actions alleging the company misclassifies its retail sales representatives as exempt from overtime under the FLSA and various state laws. In Atlanta, department co-chair David Long-Daniels is representing Landry’s in a putative class action. Phoenix Metals Company, Capital Health and Tenet Healthcare Corporation are also clients. Tampa-based Peter Zinober, Shira Yoshor in Houston, who is ‘a great communicator’, Kelly Bunting in Philadelphia, Justin Keith in Boston, and department co-chair Jonathan Sulds in New York are recommended. In Atlanta, John Richards, Todd Wozniak and Natasha Wilson, who co-chairs the complex employment litigation and trials team alongside Kurt Kappes in Sacramento and Long-Daniels, are also noted.
