Alan Mansfield co-chairs Greenberg Traurig’s Global Litigation Practice and serves on the firm's Executive Committee. He handles complex civil litigation and white-collar criminal litigation matters. He represents clients in diverse industries in litigation matters ranging from product liability, to corporate and securities, to defamation and fraud. Since 1996, he has been a commissioner of the New York State Commission on Judicial Nomination and is a frequent speaker and author regarding trial practice.

The sizable litigation group at Greenberg Traurig, LLP has significant geographic reach and litigates cases around the country. It is well versed in ‘bet the company’ disputes in diverse sectors, including healthcare, financial services and energy. A New Jersey-based team led by practice co-chair Philip Sellinger was retained to represent Marriott Ownership Resorts and several related entities in a putative class action that concerns timeshare resorts in 11 states. Houston-based Mary-Olga Lovett secured a complete victory for MotherRock in a case brought by certain investors alleging fraud, negligent misrepresentation and breach of fiduciary duty, among other claims. Alan Mansfield jointly chairs the practice from New York, where Richard Edlin is also based.
