The ‘objective, goal-oriented and cooperative’ M&A lawyers at Greenberg Traurig Germany have ‘a hands-on approach that is highly effective at achieving optimal results’. The group assisted Tecnoquímicas with the acquisition of Bayer’s generics business in a combined share and asset deal; Henrik Armah, who is ‘very prudent’ and ‘always remains calm, even in demanding situtations’, led the advice. ‘Astute’ practice head Peter Schorling ‘conducts even the most complicated negotiations very well’ and ‘knows very well what is enforceable’. Wencke Bäsler, who made partner in March 2018, works ‘quickly and precisely’ and is recommended alongside Josef Hofschroer.
