Managing Partner and former Chairman of the International Corporate department, Mr. Vega has extensive experience in international corporate, commercial and financial transactions.

Mr. Vega has represented both private and public sector clients in a variety of transactions including: domestic and international joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions and international bid processes; commodities transactions, including long-term supply arrangements, acquisitions and pre-export financings in the oil, petrochemicals, coal, alumina, aluminum, bauxite, copper, zinc, iron ore, scrap and other sectors; investments, licenses and privatizations in the oil, petrochemicals, mining, telecommunications and water supply industries; project finance, securitizations, syndicated loans and other financings; information technology outsourcing contracts; and hotel and tourism development projects, including construction contracts and operation and license agreements with hotel operating companies.
