The team acted for the provisional liquidators in the headline restructuring of Suntech Power Holdings, a solar panel manufacturer with operations in the PRC, US and Europe; and acted for Renova and its principal, one of Russia's wealthiest and most prominent businessmen, in a shareholder dispute concerning the misappropriation of world-famous brand name Fabergé. Other highlights included acting for five Limited partners in Cybernaut Growth Fund, a Cayman Islands exempted Limited partnership that invested in operating companies in China, which successfully petitioned the Grand Court for an order that the partnership be wound up under the Court's just and equitable jurisdiction.
